Please complete this form if you are a South Dakota Board of Nursing (SDBON)-approved Training Program and would like to access TMU©; TMU© is the testing software platform used by D&SDT-HEADMASTER. The Board approved D&SDT-HEADMASTER to administer the state's certified nurse aide competency evaluation knowledge exam. Passage of the knowledge exam is one of the requirements for an applicant to be added to the Board's CNA registry.
