Please complete this form if you are an South Dakota-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) Director or Instructor who would like to request access to TMU©.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email and text message with your Username and Temporary Password to sign in to your TMU© Instructor Account. You will be directed to change your password and then you will be able to enter new students' training records into the TMU© software and complete their training when they have successfully completed your program. Once a candidate's training record is completed, you will be able to register them for their certified nursing assistant exam, or the candidate will be able to schedule themselves into a test event.
NOTE: If you are a Program Director for multiple NATP practice sites, please fill out a separate application for each site. You will need a new email for each Instructor account, the same email cannot be used.
